Tox Glass Facial is a popular injectable treatment using small amounts of neurotoxins like BOTOX® or Xeomin® combined with a mix of nutrients, growth factors serum & hyaluronic acid. The treatment solution is injected superficially into the skin.
Tox Glass facial treatment relies on microneedling. The microneedles used are very thin and only penetrate the top layer of the skin. a little discomfort might be produced, if any. Pre-Treatment instructions
At least 72 hours before any procedure discontinue the use of anticoagulation supplements (fish oil, vitamin E,
Gingko Biloba, etc.).
Avoid blood-thinning medications (ibuprofen, aspirin, heparin, warfarin).
Avoid alcohol and tobacco five days before the treatment.
Drink a lot of water several days
before the treatment.
Inform your doctor of any allergies, skin pigmentation or scarring issues.

Recovery Time and Duration of Effectiveness
Recovery time varies for each treatment and patient. You can resume most activities right away, but it is generally recommended that you avoid intense physical activity

Procedure
You would not feel much discomfort or pain during the procedure may apply some form of anaesthesia such as cream, lotion, ice pack.
There may be some mild bruising or swelling after the treatment but this is usually temporary and should subside within a few days.
Post-treatment Care
Don’t lie down, lean forward or rub and touch the injected area for at least four hours after treatment.
Avoid vigorous exercise, straining and heavy lifting. It takes two hours for the toxin to bind to the nerve terminal.
Increasing circulation may move the botulinum from its injection place. Avoid wearing headbands and hats.
Wait 24 hours to wear makeup to prevent pustules, or wear a high-quality mineral face makeup if needed.
Until 48 hours after treatment, avoid Retin-A or similar products to prevent increased redness or irritation.
Avoid Motrin, aspirin, garlic, vitamin A, vitamin E, cod liver oil, ginkgo biloba, flax oil least three days, products may increase bruising and bleeding.
Wait 14 days for any
cosmetic treatments.
Report to your provider if you experience any redness, blisters, itching, increased swelling or increased pain after your treatment.
