Our services and treatment through Fine Tuning Health have traditionally only been offered to the practices’ members for over the last four years. Due to the inquiries and demand, we have recently opened the medical wellness center to everyone!
Fine Tuning Health was established to deliver optional specialty treatments and services by skilled licensed practitioners, enhancing the quality of care already received by primary care patients. Members benefit from significant discounts on Fine Tuning Health’s programs.
Lana Hume, NP-BC, with a range of experiences and interests, has taken the path to lead Fine Tuning Health within WPP as the Clinical Director and service provider. She also works alongside Dr. Elaine Habig in the primary care setting as her medical director and as the owner of the practice. Working at WPP has been an enriching experience for Lana, fostering growth and learning from the partners. We are very excited about opening the wellness center to the public.

Lana Hume, MSN, AGPCNP-BC, has worked as a registered Nurse for more than a decade and as a Nurse Practitioner for over five years at Westfield Premier Physicians (WPP) Direct Primary Care. During her time at WPP, Lana has had the valuable opportunity to collaborate and gain knowledge from the three medical doctors who are the practice owners. Lana expresses that it has been a privilege to learn from these highly experienced, knowledgeable and compassionate doctors.
Since a young age, Lana has found joy in helping others achieve their best selves. To aid individuals in improving their health and well-being according to their unique circumstances and goals; she provides programs that can be combined or utilized separately to address specific individual requirements.
Lana, a skincare specialist since 1989, has expertise in regenerative aesthetics using minimally invasive treatments like growth factors, peptides, and exosomes. She offers personalized treatment plans tailored to individual preferences and skin health.
Lana dove deep into researching hormone replacement solutions for herself and discovered a gap in treatment options for menopausal symptoms in women across all stages. Lana pursued certification in Bioidentical Hormone Replacement (BHRT) Pellet Therapy. Lana expresses her deep commitment to providing this service, driven by a strong desire to assist women experiencing menopausal signs. Lana emphasizes that women do not have to endure these symptoms indefinitely, and numerous studies highlight the health benefits of HRT outweighing the risks.
Lana has 10 years of experience in the bariatric field. She obtained a weight management certification due to her experience and education on obesity, recognizing the complexity of overweight/obesity and the need for personalized treatment plans. Lana is passionate about Anti-Aging and Longevity, providing health screenings and customized treatments. She emphasizes Regenerative Medicine as a growing medical specialty, with screenings and treatments becoming more accessible. Lana is excited to expand these services.
